Pohjoismainen free-seminaari lähestyy, hae apurahaa 19.2.2008
Pohjoismaiden freet kokoontuvat kesäkuussa lähelle Trondheimia, paikkaan nimeltä Hell. Seminaariohjelma on tällä kertaa lähes täysin englanniksi. Ilmoittautuminen päättyy 12.5.
Lehdistön freelanceriden apurahahoitokunta julistaa haettavaksi 500 euron seminaariapurahoja. Haku päättyy 4. huhtikuuta. Seminaarin osallistumismaksu on noin 250 euroa.
Apurahoja voivat hakea Journalistiliiton freelancerit, joiden Kopiosto-valtakirja on jätetty Suomen Journalistiliittoon ja joiden jäsenmaksut on maksettu tai jäsenmaksuvapautus voimassa. Kopiosto-valtakirja jätetään tavallisesti jäseneksi liittymisen yhteydessä.
Apurahaa haetaan verkkolomakkeella. Lisäksi hakemukseen on liitettävä perustelut, jotka lähetetään sähköisesti osoitteeseen osasto@freet.fi. Lisätietoa apurahoista yhdistyksen toimistosta.

STEPHEN LIGHTHILL flies in from Los Angeles to tell us how to be creative when our assignments turn out not to be what we expected. He is now a senior Filmmaker in Residence Cinematography, and especially his documentary work is of great relevance to all journalists.
The Norwegian photographer and artist Rune Johansen will present recent projects. His last exhibition is opening in Oslo these days: - “ I was in America” He has a most unconventional and humble way of treating his everyday models, interiors and exteriors with deep respect, still clinging to the story.
Karoline Frogner is a Norwegian award winning director presenting stories from HELL.
Stories from Hell - The Novel
UK freelance journalist and author Carol Lee has been a much used expert on copyright by the National Union of Journalists, authors and others for many years. Now she has taken on what seems like a truly hellish task: to write a novel on the theme.
